– Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
– Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
– Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
– Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
– Assist with medical documentation and maintaining accurate records
– Help clients with special needs or conditions, such as mobility issues or cognitive impairments
– Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and assist with feeding if necessary
– Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing client’s living space
– Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
– Experience working in a home health or similar setting is a plus
– Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures
– Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and their families in a
compassionate and professional manner
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
