Rivers of Hope celebrates a successful year of uninterrupted service to the community, we take this opportunity to thank you for helping us succeed. Rivers of Hope’s mission is to provide the highest quality services and advocacy for children and adults with intellectual, developmental, physical disabilities, and/ or medical conditions. We are based upon self-determination, and sound teaching practices. Utilizing a person-centered planning approach to provides the best quality in our services and supports which maximize independence, foster inclusion, promote self-advocacy and build community connections. Rivers of Hope is committed to advocacy and legislation to influence attitudes and perceptions so individuals may choose and achieve life goals. Rivers of Hope is a family oriented and community based company.
