You should never disregard, delay, or avoid seeking professional medical advice due to something you have read on this Site.

Though we employ licensed nurses and trained professionals to deliver specific medical services under authorized care plans, the use of this Site does not establish a provider-patient or physician-patient relationship with Rivers of Hope. Information found here should not be interpreted as forming a clinical diagnosis, treatment plan, or recommendation for any individual.

Private Duty Nursing and Medication Administration Services provided through Rivers of Hope are governed by clinical protocols, state regulations, and under the direction of licensed professionals. These services are designed to support complex medical needs, including condition monitoring, medication oversight, and in-home skilled nursing care. However, any decisions regarding the initiation, continuation, or change in medical treatment or prescription should always be directed to a qualified physician or medical specialist.

You assume full responsibility for how you use the information on this Site and for consulting with a medical professional before making any healthcare decisions.
